  3. Grounds for Refund: a. Our services do not meet the specifications or features as described on our website or during pre-purchase discussions. b. Technical issues or errors that prevent the proper functioning of our services, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable time frame. c. Failure to deliver the purchased services within the agreed-upon timeframe, except in cases where the delay is caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, server outages).

  4. Refund Process: a. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your refund request, including the order details and the reason for the refund. b. We will review your request and notify you within 5 business days regarding the approval or denial of your refund. c. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. d. Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

  5. Cancellation of Services: a. If you wish to cancel your Shopify services before completion, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the work completed up to that point. b. Custom development services that are already underway cannot be canceled, and no refund will be provided for the work completed.
